PointPay is a full-fledged crypto services ecosystem with Exchange, Wallet, Payment System, and Launchboard services. It is aimed at the global market and is available in 19 languages. The PointPay platform supports interface services, including Mobile (iOS & Android) and Interface and authentication. It replaces the traditional banking model, enabling cost-effective and instant fund transfers worldwide using our proprietary off-chain technology and PointPay token (PXP). 1.5 billion people worldwide lack financial literacy skills and access to banking services, and they would like to have both.We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to work night shifts from 20:00 to 8:00 (GMT+3) and assist our clients and manage their accounts. Requirements: Work experience 2+ years 1+ year in crypto/web3 is a huge plus Fluency in written English is a must (C1+) Experience with manual transactions Excellent customer service skills: ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious Strong communication skills and the talent to adapt and respond to different types of personas and characters Growth mindset — you welcome feedback and constantly want to improve Experience in Google Sheets (creation reports and formulas) Experience with Intercom is a huge plus The job responsibilities: Respond in English to our users via a designated support interface Customer support via Intercom and social networks Managing and auditing user's accounts Stay updated with our product, its features, functionality, and how users experience it What We Offer: Salary part (to be discussed individually) Remote work on the scheme of 2/2 Night shifts from 20.00 to 8.00 GMT+3 A platform to realize meaningful projects and non-standard tasks and influence our products.
