Management Trainee Data&CMI department (non-food FMCG company)

We are searching for creative person on a full-time position and to present your own insights to our Data&CMI department. You will have three rotations – in Data, CMI and IT BI. Some examples of the projects you might run during MTP: Rotation in the Data office: New dashboards development (business requirements capturing, data model design, functional specification preparation, Visualization in Power BI) Existing reports/dashboards support and development Develop understanding how Data products address business challenges Increase awareness on Data Product Development Lifecycle MS Share Point MS Power BI SQL Jira – task tracker Confluence – knowledge management Rotation in the Consumer & Market Insights: Support and develop current panels, regular reporting and creates insights Monitor and analyze market trends, identify factors affecting sales in beauty categories Lead market data automatization in cooperation with Data and IT teams Create technical specification for IT team, capture business requirements Ability to draw meaningful conclusions and insights out of data MS Share Point Advanced Excel MS Power Point MS Power BI Rotation in the IT BI: Design & development ETL Work with enterprise data warehouse solutions Design and implementation Data models/Data marts Perform hands-on development for reporting tools Master data management & Processes automation Python SQL Jira – task tracker Confluence – knowledge management Requirements technical background (Advanced Excel: Power Query, Power Pivot, MS Power BI, SQL, Python etc.), higher education (preferably in Economics, IT, Mathematics & Statistics) <1 year of work experience fast learner open-minded agile ready for different work and scope curious for new knowledge fluent English ready to work full-time day Our Commitment Personal integration & development program Official legal conditions for 12 months Competitive salary Free lunches Health & Life insurance Work in a modern factory and cool office in the city center.
