Farcana, a game dev startup based in the UAE, is looking for a talented Web 3 Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. We are developing a multiplayer online team-based shooter game powered by blockchain technology and aim to create successful games. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and community engagement for our Web3 project. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PR, social media, and content marketing. Create UA plans with budgeting and manage external vendors. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with game launches and updates. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Web3 space. Create and manage content that resonates with our target audience, including blogs and whitepapers. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners in blockchain technologies. Analyze and report on marketing campaign results using data to drive continuous improvement. Organize and participate in industry events and conferences to promote our brand. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Lead the marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on projects involving blockchain technologies and the Web3 ecosystem is a must. Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their applications in the gaming industry. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Knowledge of digital media planning and buying. Experience making data-driven decisions and analytics. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong project management and leadership skills.
