We are now looking for Strategic Pricing Manager. What You’ll Do Advise on deal pricing and contract terms for large and / or complex upcoming deals Take part in key customer negotiations to drive and implement pricing strategies and targets Utilize company tools to provide pricing guidance and maintain price integrity; build comparable pricing database Leverage experience with past deals to provide expertise Analyze impact of pricing and contract term decisions on deal and region / country profitability Maintain price integrity for acquisition opportunities Monitor pricing outcomes to track performance and price integrity within region and country Perform pricing analytics to identify pricing trends that impact how to price future deals in the region and country Set Pricing Schedules annually for Product (assay, instrument, service, disposables) Pricing based on local knowledge in accordance with global requirements Provide oversight on tender / RFP submissions Enforce compliance of current contracts, including price increases and commitment adherence Maintain pricing tools and systems as required (aforce, PowerBI) Lead the deal approval process within the region and with area Lead commercial Gross Margin Improvement activities across the region Collaborate with other Strategic Pricing Managers and shares and reapplies best practices Key Requirements Minimum: bachelor’s degree in business administration or Finance/ Controlling Master’s degree in business administration or Finance/ Controlling desirable Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare industry Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis related role Understanding of the local healthcare market including pricing trends and customer needs Extensive understanding of P&L and how pricing and contract terms decisions impact deal profitability Complete knowledge of core diagnostics product offerings Strong management and negotiation skills The stated job description, as well as the list of job requirements, is not complete.
