We are a leading iGaming company established in 2015, specializing in a B2B live casino platform that serves over 700 operators worldwide. Our platform features market-specific live dealer games and dedicated tables, combining advanced technology with deep industry knowledge. We are looking for a driven Product Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. Your role will involve end-to-end project management, driving product initiatives, and ensuring alignment with key metrics and KPIs. Responsibilities include: Incorporate gamification techniques into both product features and community engagement strategies to enhance user experience and boost retention. Collaborate closely with community managers to understand and respond to user feedback, integrating this insight into product development and project management processes. Utilize metrics, KPIs, and analytics to guide project decisions, monitor performance, and optimize product features and user experiences continuously. Work with development team to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage product roadmaps in line with market trends, user feedback, and strategic objectives. Serve as the central point of communication between development, product, marketing, and community teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and focused on shared goals. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products, leveraging these insights to drive innovation and guide project solutions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and products, using data to drive continuous improvement and to communicate progress to stakeholders. Design the customer journey to ensure a positive user experience at every stage of interaction. Document product specifications, create high-level requirements, and work closely with the team to detail these further. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of gaming projects, from initiation and planning through to execution and release, ensuring timely delivery that aligns with business goals. Oversee project timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices in agile project management to enhance productivity and outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3+ years of product (project) management experience in B2B iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of community dynamics and user expectations. Skilled in applying gamification strategies to improve user engagement and retention within products and community management. Experienced in product management tasks such as roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and managing product life cycles based on data and user input. Strong analytical capabilities, able to convert data into actionable insights, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions. Strong market and competitive product analysis skills. Proficient in UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools. Ability to work closely with production teams to meet community demands. Capability to translate business needs into a finished product. Ability to align community engagement strategies with product development, ensuring that user feedback is reflected in product features and updates. Proficient in agile methodologies, experienced in managing sprints, timelines, and resources to deliver top-quality projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide diverse teams and align multiple stakeholders towards common goals while ensuring clear communication. It will be also good if you have: Familiarity with iGaming trends, including virtual items, rewards systems, and community-driven product features. Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or Certified Product Manager (CPM) are a plus. Proficiency with analytics platforms like Tableau for tracking user behavior and product performance. Expertise in managing and engaging gaming communities to foster positive sentiment and enhance user loyalty.
