Millions of people use Yandex Stations every day. On the rare occasion something doesn't work as it should, our dedicated support team is there to assist. We’re looking for attentive, tactful professionals who can respond to users and solve their problems. If you have no prior experience, don’t worry. We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role and how our products work. Responsibilities: respond to emails and chat messages; help users resolve issues they’re having with their Yandex Stations; pass information on to developers and managers so they can make our product even better; collaborate with other departments for additional support when necessary. Qualifications: familiarity with technical subjects, including various jacks and router connectivity; ability to structure detailed responses, showing strong analytical and logical reasoning; competence in navigating large volumes of information and pinpointing key details; are a native speaker of Arabic and have at least a B2 level of English and Russian. Preferred qualifications: have expertise in customer engagement with a high level of emotional intelligence.
