Многообразие, равенство и вовлеченность J&J Vision is looking for a Business Development Manager, Russia-CIS. Active Member of J&J Vision Russia-CIS Leadership team, driving strategic alignment and execution discipline across the cluster, accelerating the execution of strategic projects and driving best practices Responsibilities: 1. Provide Project Management capabilities to the Russia & CIS Team: To deliver to time, quality and budget strategically important projects delivering significant business impact and change To be recognized as an expert in the management and delivery of complex projects To ensure all delivered strategic projects are handed over to the business with a full change management program to maximize business impact and benefits delivery 2. Radical simplification project kick-off and leadership, including: Processes mapping and prioritization, standardization and strategic alignment between functions, control of execution (relevant documents preparing, submission, approvals, monitoring, record management control & policy development). Ensure proper implementation of the processes, behaviors through leading and driving change management activities and plans. Leadership of activities and initiatives to continuously reinforce the culture of efficiency and simplification, following to the principles of processes continuous improvement, monitoring their effectiveness, and supporting implementation. 3. Winning culture & Credo Action plan leadership with focus on employee engagement, transition to Innovation & Experimentation agenda 4. Focus on Innovation and leadership of different range of cross-functional, regional and global projects. Partner with colleagues in other J&J clusters and different parts of EMEA on projects that shape the wider footprint across the region. Cultivate and manage external relationships and partnership to deliver significant change to the business Requirements: Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Economics, Management or IT is required Previous relevant experience in Business Development or on similar position from 3-5 years Strategic acumen & ability to toggle between big picture and attention to detail required Prior experience in complex project management of 5 years and more is a must English - advanced level Approved Strong knowledge of Project/Program Management methodologies and Change Management methodologies. Demonstrated ability to meet project objectives by successfully managing, tracking, and implementing successful strategies regarding scope, quality, time, and cost (possibility to confirm with concrete examples from practice). Diverse experience in different business units or functions within Medical Devices / Medical technologies / Ophthalmology and Ophthalmosurgery businesses is a strong plus Excellence in diverse stakeholders management: comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo as a change agent and looking for new ways to improve processes and results. Ability to influence without authority and to manage multiple projects within a complex and changing environment Unquestioned ethics, integrity, and Credo-based leadership as shown by a track record of establishing and championing a culture of strong healthcare compliance Excellent communication and analytical skills required: the ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of the organization Must be self-directed and accountable with proven ability to work well under pressure, rapidly react and adjust to new evolving business environments and priority adjustments
