Who is focused on people and teamwork, and leads teams to achieve challenging goals. Analyzes the market: store product needs, level of customer satisfaction, competitor’s analysis, rooms for improvement Achieves sales goals, controls budgets and analyzes sales performance Manages stock movements, product rotation People management, develops teams and leads to higher performance Cooperates with brands’ Headquarters Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience, including at least one year of management experience. Training, interviewing, planning, organizational, and performance management skills. Highly organized and team oriented. Sales driven and results orientated. A passion for fashion and selling. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Higher education.
