Perfetti van Melle – International FMCG company, producing well-known from childhood confectionary products Chupa-Chups, Mentos, Meller, Fruittella, Sula. Main tasks for our Trainee: Support in doc flow process coordination on a monthly basis with regular reporting to Marketing Director in close cooperation with Finance & Legal departments: deal with suppliers on documents, PO creation, document signing management, track payments, monthly preparation of royalty reports and accruals; Prepare monthly analytics by categories based on Nielsen, competitors and novelties overview, databases consolidation; Lead administrational tasks: NPD meetings preparation including agenda and follow ups, storage room management, internal and external events and workshops organization, preparation e-mailing for key events; Contribute to Brand management: support in selling story and post-launch preparation for NPDs (trends, visuals, competitions etc.), contribute to in-trade brand activities and development of products with added value; Leading the preparation of office events and work sessions in close collaboration with Brand Managers; Preparation for the launch of selective NPDs in close cooperation with Brand Managers; Working on printed products and communicating with suppliers and managing agencies.
