Our client – leading medical devices company is looking for a manager for service department in Moscow. Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance and repairs of company products to meet specified standards Managing 3rd Party Service Providers activities, assisting Сompany`s personnel, service partners and dealers by providing information on servicing or repair status Upgrade company products as needed Generate detailed reports for office and field-related activities Manage orders for fixtures, spare parts, and local instrumentation essential for repairs Perform installations and setups for Company`s products, including assembly, disassembly, and turnover of demo equipment Provide technical information support to various teams to ensure smooth Technical Service operations Requirements: Engineering background in biomedical field People management experience Significant experience in maintenance & trouble-shooting of high technicality equipment is obligatory English spoken and written (at least upper-intermediate) Ability to travel up to 20% of working time Company provides a competitive salary, annual bonus, corporate car, medical & life insurance etc.Сервисный инженер по медицинскому оборудованию / Field Service Engineer (medical devices)
