The Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) will be responsible for managing various projects across multiple functions, understanding the project management framework fully, and acting as a problem solver. Requirements: Lead the team of project managers Lead and/or communicate with various teams such as business, risk, finance, and operations enablers Work with different cross-functional projects and establish proper stakeholder engagement Prepare presentations in power point and materials in excel Solve project and program related issues by structured thinking and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional projects rather than focusing on a single direction Understand and apply project management frameworks effectively Problem Solving Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with various teams to ensure successful project execution across different areas Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and facilitate collaboration Competencies: Strong Communication Skills Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively Persuasion and Argumentation Skill in convincing others of one’s viewpoint Discipline Goal-Oriented Task Execution Out-of-the-Box Thinking What makes you great?
