- Responsible for the technical support of the company's products (switches, WiFi access points), including but not limited to software, hardware, network, etc. - problem solving;- Assist customers to solve technical problems, provide technical consulting and training services;- Follow up on customer feedback, deal with and feedback the results in a timely manner;- Participate in product testing and optimization, and make suggestions for improvement;- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction;- Maintain communication with the Chinese headquarters during working hours and attend working meetings on time;- Provide daily, weekly and monthly work plans and work reports;- Travel to visit clients, prepare travel plans and visit reports. -Требуется более 1 года опыта предпродажных продаж
