Oversee key marketing functions, including brand management, trade marketing, communications, and product development. Conduct and analyze market research related to products and consumer behavior. Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize impact. Update and enhance end-to-end analytics systems and other key metrics. Lead and manage a team of 20 employees. The Candidate Higher education. At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director. Proven experience in team management. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong analytical skills. Ability to actively lead and implement changes (change management). Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
