Key Responsibilities: Outreach: Actively engage with potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify and attract top talent. CV Collection & Management: Efficiently gather and organize candidate CVs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in our database. Initial Screening: Conduct initial assessments of candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements. Collaboration: Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Administrative Support: Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and other administrative tasks to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
