Обязанности:
A large international company requires Jira Project coordinator. Responsibilities: Coordination of projects in Jira with internal and external stakeholders; Identification of customer needs and preparation of project scopes, creation and coordination of project plans Jira with stakeholders; Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT the rest of the business Support JIRA users, helping with accesses and usage Management of interactions with related departments; Risk management to prevent project delays and budget overspent; Presentation of interim and final project results to customers and management, as well as management of customer and stakeholder expectations; Improvement of internal processes, working methods, and tools; Business process reengineering; Development of project documentation and creation of a project knowledge base; Training and onboarding of employees involved in the project. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; Experience in Agile methodology and development; Advanced user of Jira, MS Office and Confluence; Understanding of JIRA APIs, plugins; Writing and reading Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency; Experience in project documentation development: project passports, regular reporting formats, communication between project participants and stakeholders, roadmaps and project work plans, etc.; Attention to details; Analytical skills, logical thinking and the ability to solve problems and formulate solutions; Strong organizational, teamwork and time-management skills; Strong communication skills and persistence; Proactive, adaptable, with solution-oriented way of thinking.
