Payme is one of the most popular payment and transfer apps in Uzbekistan. Since 2023, Payme has been part of TBC Bank Group PLC. With Payme, transactions become convenient and secure, while topping up mobile accounts, paying utilities, and many other services become quick and easy. Our mission is to make financial operations accessible and effortless for everyone. Currently, we are looking for an IT Operations Lead to strengthen our team and optimize IT operations. Functional Tasks: Lead a team in managing and maintaining servers, network devices, storage systems, and virtual environments; Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans aligned with business goals; Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT infrastructure; Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems; Perform maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and configuration management; Manage disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime; Integrate Node.js applications with various services and databases; Collaborate with frontend development, DevOps, and product management teams; Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams. What we expect: Higher education in IT or related fields; At least 7+ years of experience in IT management; Experience of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and security; Experience with modern development technologies and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices); Experience in managing teams and projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills; Knowledge of contemporary technologies for managing IT operations; Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
