Responsibilities: Define the project HSE objectives, programs, and performance measurement standards Timely response and remediation of incidents, proactive risk identification and mitigation on the project site Ensure that adequate resources are assigned to all phases of the project to enable HSE objectives to be reached Ensure that the HSE policies, plans and procedures are documented and implemented Comprehensively manage incidents, including root cause analysis and execution of necessary improvement efforts Develop and maintain training programs for contractors and competencies of Safety Managers Collaborate effectively and align with the site personnel to drive effective site safety program and culture Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HSE related area At least 8 years of EPC experience in Petrochemical or O&G field in Russia Strong ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders Proven ability supporting Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental systems Must be able to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines Proven ability to analyze problems, determine resolutions, and a path forward Fluent in Russian and English Похожие вакансии
