We are looking for active, abmitious and effecrive recruiter for mass recruitment project (cross Russia + CIS). We're seeking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help us to bulild a team of our new fast-growing business. Scope of challenges: Proactively identify and engage with top talent using various sourcing channels, job boards, employee referrals, and networking; Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit through phone and video interviews; Manage the entire recruiting process for assigned roles, from initial contact to offer negotiation; Accurate and detailed maintenance of the database and keeping it constantly updated. Requirements: Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, particularly in high-volume hiring (minimum 2 years). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills: Application of various sourcing techniques and experience utilizing a variety of sourcing channels: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
