Our goal is to become number one in the iGaming market, and we are confidently moving towards it, as we have all the necessary resources. We are rapidly growing not only in financial indicators but also in staff, which we have expanded several times over the past year. The company now has more than 50 departments with flexibly structured processes and zero bureaucracy. These are strong teams in various areas such as marketing, product development, DevOps, corporate culture, and other fields. We place a high emphasis on expertise. We have powerful, ambitious professionals who truly love their work, capable of creating unique solutions, implementing innovations, and developing the business faster than our competitors. The company's successes do not go unnoticed: we regularly participate in major conferences like SiGMA and iGB, win awards, but we do not rest on our laurels. Over the past 2 years, we have created an ecosystem of B2B and B2C businesses that have firmly established their niches, and we are setting trends not only in iGaming but also beyond it. About the department and position, we are currently looking to add a Team Leader VIP to our team in Nigeria. Responsibilities include: - Develop and execute departmental plans, scale team structures, and goals;- Cultivate excellent long-term relationships with new and existing clients of the company;- Constant introduction of innovations to increase the LTV of clients within the company;- Optimize team communication with clients (calls, chats);- Develop your own team from scratch;- Search for new opportunities and implement relevant ideas to improve departmental operations. Our ideal candidate: - Proficiency in English, Nigerian Pidgin, and Russian at a high level;- Experience in a call center or customer support role;- Experience as a team leader/supervisor/ of a team with 15+ members;- Possesses high stress tolerance, can handle difficult clients, and demonstrates high empathy and understanding of client psychology;- Willing to relocate to Nigeria after completing training.
