Scope of challenges: Registration of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees, maintaining personal files; Preparation and execution of personnel documents (orders, employment contracts, certificates, etc.); Coordination of the voluntary health insurance program; Preparing and sending a welcome mailing for new employees (Corporate Portal, Haier points and significant events programs, PrimeZone); Scanning and copying of signed contracts, acts, agreements; Participation in other HR projects. We would like you to be: Кnowledge of English language - not less intermediate level; Client-oriented; High level of responsibility; Ability to multi-tasking; Accurate and attentive; Active attitude, ability to achieve the results; Stress resistant; Knowledge of Russian labour legislation is a must; Confident with MS Office.
