What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate planning process (annual plan and update, strategic plan, operating forecasts), drive development and preparation of solid business plans and underlying analysis to ensure business is delivering financial commitments Monitor and analyze performance vs plans Ensure financial support of business decisions, identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions where needed Provide actual monthly and quarterly financial data in compliance with Corporate Reporting policies Implement and ensure budget controlling procedures Work with business, accounting and operation finance teams to drive better controlling of actual results Coordination with regional finance team Manage Working Capital performance of the business and improve Working Capital financial projection Support internal and external audit process for commercial operations Develop talents Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred in accounting/finance/business) Minimum 5 years relevant working experience People management experience is a plus Healthcare Pharmaceutical background will be a plus Solid analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis Ability to operate both, at strategic and operational levels Strong communication and influencing skills.
