We develop projects both in Russia and abroad.As a Strategy Project Manager you will be a part of the Strategy Office and play a crucial role in the success and growth of our company. This role is integral in supporting our Strategy office with operational strategy, project management, and advancing organizational initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Support the Head of Strategic Planning in coordination and implementation of coordinating of and implementing strategic initiatives and decisions; Formulate problem statement for the project, define hypotheses and analyze internal and external data on market, competitors, user behavior or any other data type; Manage and oversee important projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are delivered on time; Handle stakeholder management at all levels, create communication plans; Develop project budget, KPIs and revenue targets and track its' realization; Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks; Assess resource requirements and coordinate resource allocation; Promote a collaborative team environment, working closely with different departments within the organization; Assess resource requirements and coordinate resource allocation; Bring an entrepreneurial approach to strategizing and executing new projects. What You’ll Need: 3+ years of experience of managing cross-functional projects either in-house or as a consultant; Extensive experience in project management and strategic operations; Experience in leading project teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders; Understanding of basic market analysis tools and frameworks, corporate finance and org design; Exceptional problem-solving skills, both analytical and conceptual; Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking; Strong skills in stakeholder management and team collaboration; English level C1+ Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
