Key responsibilities: **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual managerial financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the group accounting standards and internal policies. **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Assist in the development of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts. Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing detailed reports to the Local Finance Director. **Cost Control:** Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure financial controls are in place to manage expenditures effectively. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits. **Financial Analysis:** Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and cash flow projections. **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments and companies within the Group to support their financial needs, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. **Support:** Provide financial support and analysis to the Local Finance Director, assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in 1С, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel. Experience in other financial software is advantage. Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements. Professional knowledge on IFRS is advantage. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
