We help our customers to make their work with our service comfortable in cases where there are deviations in the process of receiving orders. Who are we looking for and why? The number of our users is constantly growing, so we are expanding our team and looking for a complaints specialist who will help users solve unforeseen problems while maintaining high quality service. Responsibilities - Respond to incoming requests from specialists of the 1st support line, colleagues from related departments and solve them in accordance with the SLA; - Monitor the process of resolving the appeal and accompany it to its full completion. If necessary, involve colleagues from other departments; - Provide the manager with information about frequently repeated requests, their possible causes and propose solutions to improve processes.
