Procurement of Raw/Packing materials, services Productivity/ Quality Logistics Inspection Source, Identify and Develop new alternatives suppliers for Raw Materials and Packing Materials as per guidelines. Control observance of min-maxes on all reporting purchasing categories, correct them in due time if necessary. Conducts supplier visits and hosts supplier meetings to support New Product Development efforts. Monitor and provide internal customers with any information about competitors (raw material/equipment list, purchase volumes, prices, changes, problems, etc.) Negotiate long term agreements on repetitive materials to achieve target acquisition costs. Plan and Execute 100% procurement of Raw Materials and Packing Material on time as per defined quality standard. Build claim work with suppliers to minimize problems with quality, logistics, etc., seek information from the supplier about the root causes of quality or other problems, a list of the measures taken and the results obtained, immediately get involved in cases where the claim work with the supplier did not give the necessary results in the standard time in order to solve the problem with the claim and to prevent similar problems in the future. Improve efficiencies in procurement of Raw materials through new initiatives. Develop policies, procedures, and work instructions regarding procurement management to ensure successful implementation of such. Timely place orders for supply, receive confirmation of their fulfillment by the suppliers and monitor their actual performance. 100% elimination of production losses due to reasons related to unavailability of raw materials and packaging ordered by the Production for realization of the sales plan Follow-up & co-ordination on daily basis with transporters as well as suppliers regarding materials for timely delivery. Observe safety procedures and request the same from colleagues. Comply with all applicable regulations, norms, rules and standards of FLEX PHILMS RUS Ltd. Arrange inspection (Supplier/Vendor) of material hold due to quality problem immediately on receipt of material as per applicable standard. Track and obtain real time data of competition buying along with prices, track and obtain real time data of suppliers to competition; and benchmark the current practices. Internal Interaction Interaction and close working with all departments e.g., Production, Sales & Marketing, R&D, Technical Services, Maintenance, Finance & Accounts etc. 4. Functional working requirements Physical-chemical and technological properties of raw materials and packing, technical requirements of FLEX PHILMS RUS Ltd. All nomenclature of purchased raw materials and packaging Reasons for refusal of raw materials and conditions for return to use. Sources of supply: imported and local producers of commodities and materials, authorized dealers, suppliers and dealers work system (company structure, ownership format, management, history, production capacities, capacity utilization, development/reduction plans, strategy at world market and Russian market, which competitors do they work with, on what terms, plans/expectations and sales facts for FLEX PHILMS RUS, representatives in Russia and their management, motivation parameters for employees responsible for work with FLEX PHILMS RUS. Conditions of storage, transportation, requirements for transport packaging, shelf life, hazard category. Current min-maxes for all TGs of purchased commodities. All contractual terms and conditions with each supplier. Results of audits of suppliers, current and potential. All cases and root causes of claims to suppliers, results of measures taken. Plans for consumption of raw materials/equipment for month, 3 months, year.
