We draw your attention that this is fix-term position (maternity coverage). Job Duties: 1. Develop social media content strategy targeting the target audience of the brand and key product series.2. Monitor trending topics on Russian social media platforms and analyze the reason for trending and share key takeaway for the brand.3. Lead the social media campaign planning for hero product projects, able to create widely-discussed social media campaign based on the key selling points of the product.4. Lead the seeding plan and able to push out a native social media topic under one key message from different angles targeting different type of VK groups, telegram channels, micro bloggers and key opinion consumers with small budget. Has the experience of creating popular emojis or memes campaign.5. Work with key opinion leaders (KOL) and able to ensure their contents to be released timely in high quality. Able to creatively integrate product features and brand message in paid KOL contents in an eye-catching way. Efficiently improve the viewership and engagement of paid KOL contents.6. Operate brand accounts on different social media platforms, update the accounts with contents with local insights, quickly follow up the social media hot topics to improve engagement rate.7. Analyze the performance of the brand social media accounts and competitors accounts, and give feedback on what type of contents are preferred among our current followers and our potential followers.8. Pull out a list of telegram and VK accounts with potential target audiences. Build relationship with the owners and managers of such accounts. Create joint contest or joint social media activities with such accounts. Also fully leverage the social media accounts of retail partners to create joint contest or social media activities. Requirements: Relevant working experience, familiar with hyping contents and trending key opinion leaders on social media, especially on telegram and VK. Experienced in working with bloggers and key opinion leaders. Able to create social media content and analyze the content quality based on the deep understanding of target audiences. Worked with VK public groups, telegram channels, micro bloggers and key opinion consumers on telegram and VK.
