Обязанности:
Key Job Responsibilities ❏ Deals with the order fulfilment process in SAP (regular/samples/POP/free goods/gifts/returns); ❏ Manages delivery notes created for shipments ❏ Assists customers in all questions regarding orders/SKUs/order status/logistic issues. ❏ Created regular designated reports in a timely manner ❏ Engages in cross-functional projects and initiatives Requirements to the candidate: ❏ Higher education (technical/economic/logistics background is preferable); ❏ Good knowledge of MS Excel; Experience with SAP, EDI, e-invoicing is a plus; ❏ Intermediate English; ❏ Experience in Customer Service is preferred.
