Обязанности:
Administrative responsibilities: Office administration; Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance; Organizing concierge serv ices and assisting the UBOs in their personalaffairs is an integral part of the daily activities; Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian; Planning and preparation of meetings; Review of contractor invoices according to offers and work done; Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoringperformance; Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management. Education and skills & experience: Education: bachelor s degree in the field of business adminis tration / management / finance / capital markets / economics or related disciplines; Experience / skills: work experience in family offices / investment funds / banks of 3 years; Languages: fluency in English, German and Russian is required; IT skills : advanc ed IT skills, especially excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus); Working conditions: Remuneration depends on the skills and competences of a prospective candidate; Relocation to Switzerland (Canton Zug) is mandatory as job requires visitsand meetings with partners and management.
