The Role Coordinate IT interactions with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure clear task descriptions, project goals, and successful implementation by internal teams and external contractors. Identify and address business process changes, developing and enhancing IT systems Contribute to IT solution selection, considering all requirements and constraints. Define and manage tasks for developing and modifying software products. Prepare status reports and work plans. Oversee tasks throughout the lifecycle: from requirements gathering to deployment. Participate in projects to improve sales operations reporting systems. Develop and support SFA, DMS, image recognition, sales analytics, KPI calculation, and brand websites. Create IT solutions (customer journey analytics, competitor price analysis, CDP, CRM) for effective e-commerce sales. Build CRM systems for customer interaction management and lead generation The Candidate Higher education in IT or related spheres 3+ year’s experience in a similar role or in IT Project Management Experience with Sales & Marketing stakeholders is a plus Business mindset and advanced communication skills Solution maker / advisor personality English (intermediate)Похожие вакансии
