Private Equity Fund specialized in investments in agriculture and food industry is looking for an investment analyst / project manager that will assist the investment team in the execution of M&A deals (buy-side) at each stage. The Fund's agricultural assets are fast-growing companies in the Moscow and Tambov regions, Stavropol and Zabaikalsky territories with a total land bank of over 235,000 hectares. Responsibilities: Assistance in the private equity investment projects at all stages of deal execution. Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support transaction process. Financial modeling and investment analysis. Analysis of business models, company financials, and investment recommendations. Preparation of transaction-related documentation, coordinating due diligence efforts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Engage with investors, board, regulators, and advisors. Prepare ad-hoc summaries and reports requested by MD. Requirements: University degree in finance / economics / mathematics or related fields. 2-5 years of experience in valuation / financial modeling / deal advisory / private equity / M&A. Experience in agriculture and food industry projects will be a strong plus. Exceptional financial modeling skills. Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling software. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills; good command of verbal and written English.
