Our products are focused on creating real value for customers Now we are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished COO to play a crucial role in overseeing the entire operational function of the business. In this wide-ranging Operations Director role, you'll: Supervise the heads of Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Partnerships and Legal departments. Be responsible for operational strategy and planning, developing and executing operational processes and ways of working that will achieve the company vision and ensure the brand is a best-in-class employer. Establish and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve processes. Develop your own solutions and become entrepreneurial in their approach whilst maintaining the Company’s professional image. Provide a clear communication link between all parts of the business, bringing any issues to the table for discussion and decision-making. Manage budgets, resources, and services effectively. Develop strong relationships across the business to understand the market requirements to drive innovation. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Report to the CEO. To join us you need to have: Proven experience of at least 3 years as a COO or Director. Experience in operational management of a company with over 150 employees. Fluent English. Strong competency in strategic planning and business growth. Financial expertise and experience in reporting and management information. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. In-depth understanding of operational processes and the ability to implement effective improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and team members.
