Our project aims to establish an international cryptocurrency exchange headquartered in Kyrgyzstan. The exchange will serve as a gateway for global investors to access diverse crypto assets while promoting economic growth and technological advancement in the region.We are looking for a Team Lead QA engineer with 5+ years of experienceOur features are:- Modern p2p section. Including crypto-fiat trades, 24/7 support, all actual gateways- Spot trading with the best liqudity in KGZ market and instruments for analysisResponsibilities:- Minimum 5 years in QA, with 2 years in leadership.- Proficiency in automation, Agile methodologies, and programming languages.- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.- Develop QA strategies, analyze risks, and create test plans.- Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.- Strong focus on quality and meticulous documentation.Requirements:- Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.- Create test plans, cases, and scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.- Identify and resolve defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on quality objectives.- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and reports.- Drive automation initiatives, leveraging tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, conducting compliance and security testing as needed.- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance QA processes and capabilities.Benefits: Remote work or office 8-hour workday Flexible schedule, coordinated with the project team Weekends - Saturday, Sunday On pre-holidays, the working day is reduced by 1 hour Days off during national holidays (according to the Russian Federation calendar) Paid vacation for 28 calendar days per year Sick day within the year, by agreement with the manager.
