We are hiring for a Regional Sales Operations Data Analyst position, and ready to see onboard a result-oriented and pro-active professional. Responsibilities Provide business data analytics and sales analytics reports that allow stakeholders and executives team to make informed decisions. Facilitate the regional management leaders to conduct sales forecast, business review and opportunity management that can improve the visibility of sales pipeline. Customer master data management, maintain customer creation, block, update in systems. Monitor and report the operational KPI for senior management. Daily maintaining of opportunity management tool (e.g., C4C, RDMS). Manage user demands and system optimization requirements. Build and improve data management platform for regional business. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Business, Finance, Statistics or Engineering is preferred. At least 2 years data analysis, business support or administration working experience. Having data analyzing experiences or market analyzing work experience, medical or electronics industry experience will be preferred. Sensitive to data and have strong logical thinking and system thinking skills. Advanced skills of Microsoft office tools. Skills in SAP, BI and Tableau will be preferred. Good cross-cultural communication skills in Russian and English; Strong capability in learning new skills and tools, strong active learning motivation and high self-management sense.
