Drinkit is a digital-first coffee shop chain changing the game in the world's coffee market. Now we have 36 stores in 3 countries, and it’s just the beginning! We are looking for a talented Head of Business Development in Dubai who will lead the search for new locations for coffee shops in Dubai and later business development in the MENA region. We plan to open 30 coffee shops by 2025 and we believe that Drinkit can take a place in the top 10 coffee chains in the world within 5 years, and so we need you to make it happen! The key goal in this role for the initial period will be finding premises in a competitive market, as this largely determines Drinkit's success in the UAE market. In the near future, franchise development will be added, starting in Dubai and then expanding throughout the UAE and in the MENA region.There will be a lot of challenges, negotiations, and analysis ahead - plenty opportunities to grow within the company! Day-to-day tasks: Build long-term relationships with main leasing managers; Find the best match between the concept and the locations for the new shops based on the deep analytics of the area, revenue forecast, traffic at the location, CAPEX, ROI and etc.; Develop and implement of a property search strategy in Dubai, managing joint projects with partners (retail chains, cosmetics store chains); Setting up franchising first in Dubai, then in the MENA region; Deep immersion into the specifics of the local market; Within the next two years, it will be necessary to build a strong business development team and establish processes. We expect you have: High level of autonomy and responsibility; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Analytical and calculation skills, knowledge of P&L reports; Desire to optimize processes (be prepared for hands on work first) Proven experience in offline business (at least 10 shops); Entrepreneurial spirit; Fluent English. Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in Dubai, 5+ years of experience in retail.
