Responsibilities: Participate in making architectural decisions for frontend and backend systems, considering technologies used (Yii2, Spiral Framework, Angular). Conduct code reviews for frontend (Angular) and backend (PHP) developers, ensuring adherence to high standards of coding and architecture. Develop key system components, actively participating in writing code in PHP using Yii2 and Spiral Framework. Research and select suitable AI technologies for automating and improving translation processes. Integrate AI technologies into the existing system to enhance translation quality and speed. Monitor the results of AI usage in translations and continually optimize the algorithms. Serve as Scrum Master: organize and conduct all scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Manage task priorities, coordinate team efforts to achieve sprint goals and ensure timely delivery of results. Collaborate with the product manager to define requirements and prioritize tasks based on business goals and technical capabilities. Oversee code quality, support testing processes and continuous integration (CI/CD). Optimize system performance, manage stability and scalability of the product. Interact with the quality engineer to ensure a high level of product quality. Mentor and provide technical support to the development team, assisting in solving complex technical issues. Conduct training and code reviews to enhance the team’s technical competencies. Motivate the team and create an environment conducive to professional growth and development. Interact with other teams and stakeholders to ensure coordinated product development. Support effective communication within and between teams, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers. Develop plans to improve the product, define and implement strategies to increase product value and user satisfaction. Obligatory: At least 5 years of experience in a role such as Engineering Lead, Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer. Proven experience managing a technical team and overseeing development processes. Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP frameworks like Yii2, Spiral Framework, Laravel, or Symfony. Practical experience in frontend development using Angular version 16 for at least 3 years. Deep knowledge of PHP, including experience with Yii2, Spiral Framework, Laravel, and/or Symfony. Experience in developing and supporting frontend applications using Angular version 16. Proficient understanding and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools. Experience in code reviews, making architectural decisions, and writing technical documentation. Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Scrum methodology. Experience as a Scrum Master, including organizing and conducting scrum ceremonies. Skills in managing priorities, planning, and task distribution within the team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams. Experience in mentoring and providing technical support to developers, with the ability to motivate the team. Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and effectively solve problems. Ability to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business goals. Ability to effectively manage time and resources, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
