Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Manage the work of the procurement section, distribute responsibility for certain product groups and for additional areas of work among the specialists of the section. To monitor the fulfillment of tasks by the specialists of the section, compliance with delivery deadlines, compliance of the purchased goods with the requirements of the terms of reference and the legislation of the Russian Federation. Coordinate the work of the section's specialists with warehouses and other divisions of the Company. Conduct claims work with suppliers together with the legal group. Participate in negotiations with suppliers together with other divisions of the company in order to select analogues of goods at the best price while maintaining quality and all consumer characteristics. Interact with contractors and potential suppliers on pricing issues and discuss the best procurement conditions and prices for the Company. To prepare all the reporting forms established for the procurement section, controls the correctness of the information contained in them, confirms (approves) their reliability. Ensure proper accounting, maintenance and storage of documentation in the procurement section (databases, contracts, power of attorney, etc.). To ensure timely execution by all employees of the procurement section, without exception, of orders, orders, instructions, etc. issued at the Enterprise. Maintain good working relationships within the workforce. To develop proposals for improving the organizational and personnel structure of the procurement section, measures for the professional development of employees, and increasing their motivation. To ensure the protection of trade secrets by employees of the procurement section. To carry out official assignments of their immediate Supervisor and direct supervisors. Maintain a positive image of the organization. Perform other work within the department and the department, as well as within the work and tasks of other divisions of the Company. In case of production necessity, a Group Leader can go on business trips (including local ones). Requirements: Higher Education's degree. Working experience from 3+ years. Managing experience desirable. Advanced MS_Office's products knowledge. Intermediate English. Conditions: Competitive salary + annual bonus. Office's location is Botanichesky SAD underground station.
