(native hindi) Key responsibilities: Informational support of VIP clients of the company (calls, chats); Establishment and development of long-term partnership relations; Detailed identification of users' needs; Working with objections, taking measures to satisfy them; Presentation of product advantages, novelties and bonuses, individually selected for each client; Timely reporting.
