Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Leading Tax Due Diligence engagements under the oversight of Director or Partner; Review and preparation of data books and Tax DD reports, including detailed tax analysis and reporting on findings; Review and preparation of presentations and proposals; Communications with the client and target. We are looking for candidates with: 5+ years’ experience in tax due diligence; Big4 experience will be a strong advantage; Knowledge of Tax standards is a must; Completed ACCA, CFA, ADIT, ATT or equivalent will be an advantage; Verbal and written communication skills; Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of 1C; English – upper intermediate, including business writing skills; Team player focused on meeting tough deadlines with the highest level of quality.
