One of our notable successes includes the collaboration with Hungry Minds project, which started with $3.2 million in pre-orders. Now, we are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to join us in launching new, unique, and exciting projects. Currently, we are looking for a talented Operations Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the execution of digital projects with a strong focus on eCommerce. This role is perfect for someone who is both operationally minded and creatively driven, ready to take ownership of a variety of marketing initiatives.Fully remote format lets the team work from any part of the world. Key Responsibilities: Lead Digital Projects: Take full operational responsibility for managing digital projects, with a primary focus on eCommerce initiatives. Vendor Management: Identify, engage, and manage external contractors such as copywriters, video production teams, and other creative professionals. Creative Briefing: Develop clear and effective briefs for contractors, ensuring that all creative work aligns with our brand and project goals. Creative Direction: Provide initial creative direction, guiding vendors with a strong creative vision while allowing for their artistic input. Task Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure cohesive project execution. Innovative Thinking: Bring a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, constantly seeking new ways to improve our digital presence. Requirements: English Proficiency: C1 level or higher. Experience: Proven experience in managing creative teams and projects, particularly in the digital space. Project Management: Strong background in overseeing the creation of websites, landing pages, and digital creatives. Technical Expertise: Experience with Shopify, Kickstarter, and Amazon is a significant plus.
