Обязанности: CX (Customer Experience): Analyse market best-practices (local & international), Initiate, develop and implement premium CX activities: offline experience (premium handover, individual consultancy & presentation, hospitality, UGC generation activities etc.), loyalty program (investigate current status, ensure main privileges activation at all partners), CRM activities; Ensure Online experience in line with best practice (websites audit, improvements implementation, transparency in reporting, performance campaigns efficiency tracking and optimization based on customer data); Develop and control COOP marketing activities; Design 360 campaigns together with partner and sales team, set KPI; ATL + Digital + Social + Events (new product launches and ongoing promo campaigns); Develop and verify creative layouts; Track KPI fulfillment, analyse and grow efficiency; Handle COOP budget by account; Generate SAP docs (requests for budget accrual in SAP) & COOP activities monitoring; Document flow. Требования: 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Partners Marketing/Comunication Marketing); Experience with durable (e.g. consumer electronics) goods markets / Experience with Premium brands / Experience with major International Company (desirable); Experience in Marketing Media planning & Succesfull Activations of new product Launches (Online|offline); CX (Customer Experience): offline experience & loyalty program; Presentation & Reporting to Top Management; Budget planning & maintenance; Positive attitude & proactivity; Strong communication skills (ability to collaborate effectively with other teams cross-functionally); Data management & Excel skills - advanced level; English at least Proficient User level.
