As a strategic insight manager, you will deliver actionable insights on category and consumers that will help to derive business opportunities for ABIE strong growth. Responsibility: Lead and oversee continuous retail data: Nielsen RI, household panel Generate insights and recommendations based on commercial and consumer KPIs Optimize and improve delivery of analytics and insights Be a strategic partner for stakeholders: understand business needs, define how data answers the questions and contribute to Company’s strategic business plan Own market overview process: market trends and drivers for growth, cross-category insights Agencies management: ensure strong and accountable supplier partnerships Active interaction with consumer and trade insights team and support of adhoc consumer research projects Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking Efficient communicator and negotiator Excellent knowledge of Nielsen RI and MS Office, Power BI knowledge is a plus Knowledge of key market research techniques Results oriented Flexibility and ability to work under challenging environment Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in media planning, strategy, & execution, client-side or agency-side experience with digital marketing & media planning Excellent communication and influencing skills required Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking Proven to deliver challenging results, demonstrate project management and show critical thinking Ability to influence cross-functional initiatives and the capability to persuade and influence to achieve challenging results Clear track-record of simplifying complex processes, staying focused and disciplined Acting as an owner Take leadership on own personal development
