Our technology helps create a safe and comfortable urban environment and improve enterprises’ security and competitiveness across various industries.Now we are searching for Middle Presales Engineer.Technical Skills:Linux/Bash Skills:• Proficient at an administrator level with a strong command of Linux operatingsystems.• Expertise in system utilities like df, dd, ps, top, free, cc, ntestat, nmap, ncat, andmore.• Knowledge of system configuration files and network settings, including netplan andGRUB2.• Skilled in SSH tunneling.Python and Customization Skills:• Proficiency in programming fundamentals and automation tasks.• Basic Python language proficiency for automating routine tasks.• Creation of custom reports in CSV/Excel using Python based on specific datarequirements.• Execution of scripts across various operating systems.Containerization and Orchestration:• Understanding containerization principles and Docker fundamentals.• Deployment expertise using Dockerfiles and Docker-compose for complex projectenvironments.• Proficiency in building and orchestrating multi-container setups for seamlessoperations.Database Proficiency:• Strong grasp of SQL for querying databases.• Familiarity with different database types, such as NoSQL, In-Memory, and Relationaldatabases.• Ability to query databases like Mongo, Tarantool, and Postgres effectively.Soft Skills:Customer Interaction and Communication:• Proactively engage with customers, manage expectations, and deliver qualitysupport.• Craft elevator pitches highlighting unique product features and benefits.• Conduct tailored demonstrations addressing specific customer pain points andneeds.Language Proficiency and Business Acumen:• Intermediate level of English proficiency for effective communication.• Understand and align demonstrations with overall company goals and objectives.Independence and Customer Management:• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.• Contribute to internal development activities and report bugs and enhancementseffectively in JIRA.Похожие вакансии
