Duties and responsibilities: Review and analyse financial data from external accounting provider to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Preparation and follow up of budgets and forecasts, making sure that appropriate measures are in place to monitor progress and adapt to changes in the business. Act as primary contact and manage the business' financial practices ensuring they are compliant with statutory regulations and legislation and oversee all audit and tax requirements for the company. Manage all risk and compliance programmes relevant to the role, including insurance, company policies and legal issues as appropriate. Manage the banking process and payroll (in collaboration with HR), as well as monitoring and improving cash flow, debt management and other financial transactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including bankers, auditors, leasing companies and legal representatives. Proactively business partner with the wider management team in EMEA regarding strategic and operational issues, taking a collaborative approach to provide insightful information and expectations to support in long and short-term decision making. Education and professional experience: University Educated Over 5 years' experience in a similar role in an international company General requirements: Ability to effectively challenge and support, with excellent interpersonal skills to successfully build working relationships with stakeholders. Solution orientated with a proactive 'can do' attitude. Strategic thinker with logical and organised approach Experience of improvement analysis and managing change within a similar business environment Sound judgement, ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
