Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Design internal group processes for planning & budgeting and perform ongoing governance; Develop processes and standard templates for all planning & reporting tasks, allign with management, regularly control and adjust; Create & implement guidelines on COOP budget split, partner selection & reporting to ensure transparency & control; Improve overall marketing group document flow & related procedures (cooperation with BM and Sales Admin team); Provide support of program; Efficently coordinate design creation resources (outsource designer & Agency) to provide all materials without delays (incl. product cards); Generate SAP docs (requests for budget accrual in SAP) & COOP activities monitoring; Document flow. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Coordination/Marketing Specialist); Experience with durable (e.g. consumer electronics) goods market / Experience with Premium brands / Experience with major International Company / Brand (desirable); Experience in coordination of processes internally & agency; Presentation & Reporting to Top Management; Budget planning & maintenance; Positive attitude & proactivity; Strong communication skills (ability to collaborate effectively with other teams cross-functionally); Data management & Excel skills - advanced level; English at least Proficient User level.
