We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in the gambling industry. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant gambling regulations and laws; Complaints resolution: assist the Head of Compliance in resolving customer complaints, ensuring fair and transparent outcomes while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations; Policy Development: assist the Head of Compliance in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory frameworks; Risk Assessment: assist the Head of Compliance in regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks; Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing compliance programs;Investigations: assist the Head of Compliance in investigations into any compliance-related incidents or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting to relevant authorities when necessary; Stay Informed: keep abreast of changes in gambling regulations, industry trends, and emerging best practices, providing timely updates to the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in a compliance role within the gambling industry; In-depth knowledge of gambling regulations; Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); Strong legal drafting skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
