Adapty makes it easier for mobile apps to implement in-app purchases and manage paywalls. We serve 7K apps, process $1B+ in-app subscriptions a year, and have been consistently growing for the last 2 years Our team consists of more than 60 committed and product-driven people who like challenging tasks. Top investors including 500 Startups, and Surface Ventures back us. We have recently launched a new agency within Adapty, dedicated to assisting mobile apps with growth product management, performance marketing, creative production, and App Store optimization aimed at maximizing the app's capabilities and increasing their revenue. Therefore, we are looking for a strong Mobile User Acquisition Manager to drive user acquisition strategies for promoting mobile apps and managing a creative team. This individual will help us build long-lasting relationships with our customers. In this role, you will… Manage the full cycle of advertising campaigns, including creating creatives, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns. Be responsible for traffic acquisition through Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook. Formulate and test hypotheses to identify growth opportunities in advertising campaign effectiveness. Analyze the efficiency of advertising campaigns and target audiences. Monitor budgets and results to meet objectives. Manage a team, including planning, setting KPIs and deadlines, and hiring new members. Meet with clients and participate in pre-sale calls. You will be a great fit if… You have at least 5 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps. You deeply understand App Store algorithms and ASO. You are an expert in Facebook, Google, Unity, TikTok, and ASA. You are proficient in English and can easily communicate with coworkers and clients. You have managed budgets starting from $300,000 per month. You are an advanced user of Google Sheets and Excel, with strong analytical skills. It’d be great if... You have successful cases of building the user acquisition process for apps from scratch.
