Role main focus: owner of 360 marketing communication projects (communication campaigns and activities) including ideation, planning, coordination and delivery of brand relevant, modern and efficient external communications and Oriflame beauty community engagement Marketing Communication Project Manager, key responsibilities: Support Oriflame brand development, business development and product launches with efficient and relevant management of marketing communication projects (communication campaigns and activities) Accomplish very detailed planning, execution and analysis of marketing communication projects according to KPIs (coverage, engagement, leads, number of participants, etc.) Lead 360 marketing communication projects management, including strategy& creative, production, Digital, PR, SMM, BTL and media Lead projects with celebrity, brand ambassadors & experts projects Manage external agencies (creative, PR, BTL) both with strong brand vision and precise goals & KPIs for each campaign Manage external & internal document flow Be a speaking partner & a key point of contact for internal stakeholders; a center of marketing communication expertise of relevant market trends Assure Oriflame Brand Partners’ engagement mechanics (digital & offline) inside of each marketing communication project Focus on operational efficiency, timely delivery of project assets on each step Proactively initiate, as part of integrated planning, extra activation solutions to support Oriflame brand strategy Reporting to Marketing Communication & ECOM Manager, Commercial Marketing Department Marketing Communication Project Manager, key requirements: 3+ experience in project management in leading agency or in corporation, FMCG Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Profound understanding of project management methodologies & tools Serious multitasking & high capacity Understanding of corporate processes, full compliance Experience with managing bloggers & influencers Experience of quick & qualitative content creation (both inhouse and with external suppliers) High level of emotional intelligence, collaborative spirit, «can do» spirit Fluent English language is a must What we offer: Work at the main office of the company in Moscow Life and medical insurance after probation period Lunch compensations Coffee, tea in the comfortable office Great team & opportunity for professional / career growthПохожие вакансии
