Associate director Metals&Mining

Metals & Mining desk (Credit department CIB) is looking for an experienced professional to the Associate director role. Обязанности Complete credit analysis of the following types of deals: corporate lending, project finance, financing of M&A/LBO/MBO deals, pre-IPO financing, other complexly structured transactions Preparation of CF models, company and industry analyses, presentations and any other analytical materials Preparation of terms sheets with key commercial and structuring terms, financial covenants and other aspects Leading transaction execution (preparation of credit documentation, negotiations with clients and deal closing) Preparation of full sets of documents necessary for internal approvals, leading discussions with Risk Management, Treasury, Finance and other support services, driving internal approvals process Требования Motivated team player with strong analytical skills, responsible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work. 5+ years of relevant experience in top tier banks Degree from one of the leading universities in Russia or abroad, strong academic qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills focused on credit analysis and corporate finance Exceptional financial modelling skills High level of attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills Relevant transaction experience is a plus Условия Work in the largest bank of Russia Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Regular corporate training VMI, insurance against accidents and serious diseases Financial assistance and social support, corporate pension program Preferential credit conditions A bright and rich corporate life
