As E-Commerce trade marketing & sales executive, you’ll support short-term and long-term E-Commerce capability development across local business in Russia focusing on marketplaces. The role assumes close collaboration with customers, KA team, Trade Marketing team, Digital, Marketing team and Media Agency. Key focus area Develop and execute E-Commerce sales fundamentals, assortment and trade support plans with existing E-com customers with focus on marketplaces (OZON, Yandex Market, etc) Responsibilities: Lead Joint Business Planning with E-Com customers Manage and lead sales and market share targets delivery Sustain E-Com promo activities in line with the National Trade Marketing Activities Calendar Monitor competitors' activities in the E-commerce channel Marketing analytics: making sure the performance is tracked, measuring and reported Budgeting and spend management Control product visibility on partners’ websites Content development together with marketing & media agency, reviews processing management together with HotLine operator Actively searches for best practices and ideas for re-applying in the e-commerce customer Work closely with peers and local/regional digital & eCommerce team to identify best practices. Requirements: University degree 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales / Key Accounts Management / Category Management with responsibility for assortment, promo calendar, etc. Experience in E-Commerce especially in marketplace channel (OZON) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Financial Acumen unit economics experience Influencing abilities Strong leadership skills, flexible team player Proactive, positive and innovative mind Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions Passion about E-Commerce, curiosity on new and innovative ways to work with customers Willingness and capabilities to grow in an international business environment Upper-intermediate English
