Responsibilities: Support effective implementation of pricing/flow decisions in all sales channels (Direct Selling, Market Places & Retail)via Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process Facilitating the effective implementation of pricing and flow decisions through the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process. Developing new reports and updating existing ones in the pricing and gross margin area, ensuring relevance and accuracy. Conducting continuous reporting and analytics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis, providing valuable recommendations on price movements, competitive pricing maps, benchmark databases versus competitors, competitiveness estimations, and more. Collaborating with Category, Campaign planning, Regional pricing, and other teams to support ongoing and ad hoc requests related to competition pricing issues. Monitoring pricing implementation and maintaining day-to-day communication with Category, Campaign planning, and other teams to address implementation issues and ensure compliance with the pricing strategy. Conducting market analysis to gather insights and trends that will inform pricing strategies and decisions. Requirements: Higher education (in Economics preferably) 1-3 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst preferably in FMCG Knowledge of general pricing principles across FMCG Strong project management skills are required in order to facilitate team works across the organization, lead the discussions and implement the agreements English – Fluent Advanced Excel We offer: Hybrid work Medical insurance Corporate discounts Meal allowance
